These Terms of Service govern use of the Kingleo Tattooz Institute website and enrollment in our tattoo education programs. By using this site or enrolling, you agree to these terms.
Educational services
We provide professional tattoo training, mentorship, and related educational services. Course outlines, durations, and outcomes on this website are indicative and may be updated to improve training quality. Graduation or placement is not guaranteed and depends on student performance, attendance, and market conditions.
Eligibility and conduct
Students must meet any age and eligibility criteria communicated at admission. Inside the training studio you must follow hygiene, safety, and equipment rules. Harassment, unsafe practice, or misuse of tools may result in suspension or dismissal without refund where permitted by applicable institute policy.
Fees and refunds
Course fees, deposits, and payment schedules are confirmed at enrollment. Refunds, if any, follow the written fee policy shared at admission. Seat reservations may be non transferable unless the Institute approves a transfer in writing.
Intellectual property
Course materials, curriculum, brand assets, and teaching designs remain the property of Kingleo Tattooz Institute or their respective owners. Students may not copy, resell, or publicly redistribute proprietary training materials without permission. Artwork created during training for portfolio use should credit the Institute where reasonably required.
Studio safety and liability
Tattoo training involves equipment and practical work. You agree to follow instructor directions and disclose relevant medical conditions that may affect safe participation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Institute is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or training, except where liability cannot be excluded.
Website use
Use this website for course information and enquiries. Do not misuse it, attempt unauthorised access or provide false admission details. The contact form prepares a WhatsApp message; it does not confirm a booking, reserve a seat, submit an application or take payment.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or continued enrollment after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
